Opening Hours

To maximize your session please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time 

(and 10 minutes before your first session, as this will allow you to complete your intake forms) 

If you are late for an appointment the full rate will still apply and we can make no guarantee to make up the lost time. 

If you need to cancel, please do so as far in advance as you can. We try to confirm all appointments a day ahead, but are always grateful to have as much notice as possible of any changes. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
